Why there are some holes on the surface of material?

The needle holes in the fabric are for positioning and to prevent cutting deviation. Please do not worry, this is not a product quality issue. It will not affect product use or cause air leakage.

Can I turn off the blower after inflation is complete?

No, the blower must be kept powered on during use; otherwise, the inflatable bounce castle will not remain inflated.

Is it safe for younger kids?

Absolutely. It starts gently, has 3 adjustable speeds, and includes a parent remote with emergency stop—so you stay in control at all times.

How many kids can go in it at the same time?

The bounce house has a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds and can accommodate 3 children aged 3-12 to play together at the same time. Maximum one children on slide at any one time. Each child's maximum individual weight must not exceed 99 lb.

How l need to store it after the kids are done playing with it?

Please refer to the user manual, inflatable bounce houses must be drained of all moisture and completely dry before storage. lf moisture is still present, do not store directly folded, wait to dry before folding and storing inside.
